1. Digital Product Policy

All products sold on shop.getbrainful.com are digital downloads. Once a digital product is delivered or accessed, it cannot be physically returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The file is corrupted or inaccessible

  • The product delivered is significantly different from its description

  • A technical error prevented access after payment

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Misuse or misunderstanding of product purpose

  • Failure to achieve desired academic results

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:
